Specialty Sandwich Boxed Lunch $19 – Every two weeks Chef Abby creates a unique and delicious sandwich packed with fresh local ingredients. It’s served with a side of Kettle Chips and dessert. Ask your server for the current sandwich selection.

Fromage $17 –  Our chef’s selection of 3 cheeses with house made seasonal accompaniments

Charcuterie $17 – House made pate, rillettes, and local salami, with house made seasonal accompaniments

Plateau de Paco $19 – Our chef’s choice of assorted cheeses, charcuterie, and seasonal accompaniments

Crispy Pan-Fried Oysters $15– Served with a house-made seasonal aioli.

Market Salad $10 – Chef’s choice of local garden lettuces and seasonal produce.

Monthly Food and Wine Pairing

Each month, Chef Abby and staff create a perfect pairing, matching one wine with one dish.

The 2016 Gewürtztraminer from the Oak Ridge Vineyard located in the Columbia Gorge, is the perfect pairing for the month of November. 

This wine is a dry wine with salty saline upfront, golden deep fruit on the mid-palate, and a rich concentrated finish.
Crispy seared wild salmon compliment the richness of the wine. The fish sits on a bed of piquant golden raisin, castelveltrano olive, and almond salsa verde with buttery fingerling potatoes. The sauce mimics the deep fruit, nuttiness, briny and salty quality of the wine.  This is an ideal pairing for the texture of this wine and highlights all the layers of complexity of this noble grape.
