2015 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

$ 28.00 / Bottle

This blend showcases the diversity of the Willamette Valley. It includes vineyards in the north, south, east, west and central pasrts of the valley. One of Brooks’ most consistently popular wines, with previous vintages being credited as some of the best Pinot Noir values on today’s market.

Chris Blanchard, MS

Aromas of fresh cherries, wild strawberry, cranberry and red plum. Earthy, heady notes of mushroom, fresh turned soil and dried red currants. Beautiful floral notes as well, reminding me of violets, roses and jasmine.

Mouth coating, rich and velvety with smoky bacon flavors, savory charcuterie and dry cheeses. A luxurious long, fruity, lush finish with complex secondary flavors of truffle, shitakes and cherry compote. Simply gorgeous and sexy, like a warm vintage of Morey St Denis.

Use this wine with a main course of rabbit or duck, or better yet as a pairing with porcetta, bacon wrapped scallops or a rare filet mignon. Delicious!
