Grapefruit, orange and lemongrass in the nose. Perfumed aromatic floral arrangement of gardenias, white roses and lilacs. Faint hint of straw and hay with citrus and orange pith. Pink grapefruit, lemonade, yellow peach, honeysuckle and white flower. Medium to full bodied, with a tangy finish and rocky minerality. Bone dry, with a rich, ripe texture, and a long impression of both fruit and stone.
Pair with a first course like sweet pea tendril salad, fresh arugula greens or cilantro, chilled soup and white fish with citrus segments.
