Cantaloupe and fresh cut melon aromas. Lemon curd and cold cream. Floral and exotic with a fruit basket of lychee, passion-fruit and guava and hints of basil.
Ripe and spicy. Grapefruit segments, ripe pear, white peach, melon and honeysuckle. Medium weight with a wonderful ginger like spiciness on the finish and a hint of bitter preserved lemon peel. Very exotic and perfumed. A long earthy, mineral finish and amazing complexity.
This wine would pair incredibly with Thai food, coconut milk and sea bass with ginger, or pork with an orange chili glaze.
