Chef Norma’s September Cooking Class is focused on how to cook and prepare stuffed fish, using local and aromatic ingredients. You will learn to cook Trout En Papillote, French for “enveloped in paper”, while using herbs and spices from the garden, ginger, garlic, and citrus.

You will be able to enjoy this summer dish with wine and a side of Garlic-buttered Green Beans and toasted almonds.
