Commitment: Create a Legacy
Cahiers Pinot Noir and Riesling
While Jimi and Pascal never met as men, Jimi’s journals and notebooks allowed Pascal a window into his father’s many thoughts and philosophies. This is why, when we tasked Pascal with naming these new wines meant to celebrate his coming of age, it was only natural he named them “Cahiers,” or notebooks, in French.
Our intention with these wines was to create the best single varietal blends (Pinot Noir and Riesling) we possible could in order to celebrate the lives of these two men who have both taught us about the importantce of having a passion and purpose in life.
