She will cover the principles of biodynamics, soil prep, compost production, and the importance of these practices in the vineyard, in our garden, and in yours!
At the conclusion of the class you’ll be able to select produce to go and enjoy a glass of wine on our lower patio. Brunch will be served by our Executive Chef Norma Buchholz. We look forward to sharing this special experience with you.
This class qualifies you for Brooks University. Attend one event from all four levels and you’ll be invited to our Graduation Party at the end of the year.
