Fresh aromatics of citrus, sweet floral and fresh cut beeswax with bright acidity and a flinty mineral finish.

Saute of wild mushrooms in a lemon cream sauce with seared garlic prawns would pair perfectly with this wine.

Zippy acidity bolstered by notes of tropical fruits, sweet florals, and lingering minerality.
The Pinot Blanc is my favorite white varietal because it's dry, crisp & has great acidity! It pairs perfectly with the Spring & Summer sunshine, my deck and friends!

Vintage Notes

A wet, but warm spring with a few mild frosts during late April and fewer than average heat spikes.
Near-record precipitation amounts during late June and early July brought increased disease pressure to the region.
The vintage will be remembered for the early rains in September and rapid cool down into October which challenged harvesting decisions.
The cool vintage came largely from substantially lower maximum temperatures while minimum temperatures were near average to slightly above average.
A classic Oregon vintage!
