Spring 2025 Cheese Club Pairing

We have hand-selected these three cheeses from Perrystead Dairy to pair with wines in your spring club shipment:

• 8 oz The Real Philly Schmear –  An incredibly versatile fresh spreadable cheese with the texture of lightly-whipped cream cheese, and a creamy, old-world buttermilk tang, reminiscent of Fromage Blanc.
• 3.5 oz Intergalactic – A soft lactic cow’s milk cheese, coagulated with Iberian cardoon thistle flowers rather than animal rennet, a new American twist on a tradition that dates back to the Roman Empire. 
•  8 oz Atlantis – A semi-soft cheese washed in seawater and speckled with various edible seaweed varieties from the North Atlantic region.

Please note that cheeses will ship directly from Perrystead Dairy approximately one week before the webinar and cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.
