We have hand-selected these four Oregon cheeses from Rogue Creamery to pair with wines in your winter club shipment:
- 8 oz Touvelle – Rogue Creamery’s original recipe cheese marries Jack’s creamy meltability with Cheddar’s tangy nuttiness.
- 8 oz LaDiDa – Organic Southern Oregon lavender blossoms infuse buttery curds with perfectly balanced earthy, floral flavors that have earned a cult following among Rogue Valley locals.
- 7 oz Bluehorn – This award-winning, cave-aged blue cheese is soaked in an organic red wine blend. It offers distinctive berry notes, a brown butter finish, and a subtle rose blush rind.
- 9.5 oz Rogue River Blue – This limited-edition, World Champion blue is made only during fall when Rogue Valley cow’s milk peaks, then cave-aged for nearly a year before being hand-wrapped in pear spirit-soaked Syrah grape leaves and ceremonially released on the Autumnal Equinox.
