Learn the art of blending wine!
In 2015 we bottled the three Pinot Noir clones from our Estate Vineyard individually: 115, 777 and Old Vine Pommard. These distinct clones are the building blocks for our Rastaban Pinot Noir. In this class you will taste through the wines and try your hand at making your own unique blend.
Space is limited to 16 guests. The single clone wines, two of which have never been released for sale, will be available for purchase after the class.

Learn how to make sushi, eat sushi and how to pair wine with sushi. This class includes a glass of white wine and a glass of red wine.
We will also send you home with the recipe so you can share this experience with friends and family.
This class is appropriate for both experienced and new cooks.

At Brooks we believe that wine is supposed to be fun and relieve stress, not cause it.
In this fun and engaging class, Jillian will guide you through a tasting exercise focused on the main building blocks of wine: tannin, sweetness, acid and alcohol.
After, you will explore these concepts while tasting two red wines and two white wines.
Join us at Brooks for Yoga Sunday to get your energy centered and your outlook adjusted from 9:30am-10:30am.
After class, guests will have the tasting room to themselves for 30 minutes prior to opening.
Wine, beer, cider, and coffee will be available for purchase and our full food menu will be available at 11am.
