Wine Tasting 101
At Brooks, we believe wine should be fun! Step into the Brooks classroom for a hands-on tutorial that takes the intimidation out of tasting your wine. Your guide will take you on a winery tour before teaching you how to sip and study your wine like a pro! Beyond aroma and flavors, learn to discern and describe the primary structural components of wine: tannin, acidity, sweetness, alcohol, body, and finish. Participants will leave this experience feeling more confident for your next tasting!
