Flavor Notes
Brooks has it all — Great story, great people, great wines.
A beautifully-balanced and weighty Viognier with notes of citrus, stone fruits, shaved fennel, and cantaloupe.
Sommelier
Enjoy this wine with grilled fresh apricot, aged prosciutto slices, melted brie cheese & drizzled with lavender infused honey.
Chef
A beautifully complex nose exhibiting white peach, apricot, shaved fennel and coriander. On the palate this wine is fleshy, and loaded with heaps of stone fruit, lemon sorbet and ginger. The weight is equally matched with a wonderful quenching acidity.

Winemaking Notes
Rain events at the beginning of bloom diminished yields, and a dry summer was punctuated with unprecedented heatwaves. The timing worked in our favor since the heat happened pre-veraison, and the vines handled it well.
Harvest started in early September, but lower temperatures across the state allowed for a long and measured harvest season, with harvest extending into mid-October.
No disease, high sugars, balanced acids, and great flavors. 2021 will undoubtedly rank as one of the top Oregon vintages.
