This four-bottle bundle includes a sparkling Riesling, a white blend, and two Pinot Noirs with labels depicting the seasons and the life cycle of the vine, akin to the ouroboros. The ouroboros is an ancient symbol representing cosmic harmony, eternity, and the cycle of birth and death. Our founder, Jimi Brooks, had a tattoo of the ouroboros on his left shoulder. It meant so much to him that he made it our logo.

This bundle includes:
- 2022 Spring White Blend – A stunning, dry Alsatian Blend with layers of stone fruit and citrus with a lengthy ginger and peach sorbet finish. 35% Pinot Blanc, 32% Riesling, 23% Muscat, 5% Pinot Gris, and 5% Gewürztraminer.
- 2018 Summer Sparkling Riesling – A dazzling and complex Champagne method sparkling Riesling with layered notes of preserved lemon, brioche, yuzu, apricot, pineapple, and flaked salt with bright acidity and tight and plentiful bubbles from the 54 months en tirage.
- 2022 Autumn Pinot Noir – A vibrant Pinot Noir comprising some of our favorite barrels from the Eola-Amity Hills. Dark and brooding aromatically with notes of kirsch, black cherry, clove, and orange oil.
- 2022 Winter Pinot Noir – A blend of our favorite Willamette Valley barrels, this wine evokes wild strawberries, red raspberry compote, and hints of Chinese five spice.
