Artisans in Residence at Brooks
At Brooks, we believe in the power of connection—between people, land, and purpose. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce our inaugural Artisans in Residence series, a new program designed to spotlight Oregon’s most inspiring makers and amplify the values we share: sustainability, creativity, and community.
This series is a love letter to the makers. To the dreamers and doers who pour their values into their work. To the belief that great wine—and great anything—comes from caring deeply. We hope you’ll stop by, support these artisans, and leave feeling a little more connected to the people behind the products.

Community and Purpose
Our tasting room is home to the Brooks Artisan in Residence Program, a rotating showcase of inspiring makers who bring their creativity, flavor, and story to Brooks. From ethical skincare and Haitian spices to small-batch cider, cheese, and coffee, every artisan shares one thing in common: a commitment to something bigger than the product itself.
Whether B Corp certified, part of 1% for the Planet, or diversity-founded or -led, these partners reflect our values of sustainability, equity, and community over shortcuts and status quo.
Each artisan lasts three months and includes:
- Featured products in the tasting room
- Menu items inspired by their ingredients or craft
- Pop-up events like tastings, DIY workshops, and hands-on classes
And each December, we bring all of our artisans together for a festive Artisan Market—celebrating community, creativity, and connection just in time for the holidays.
Are you an artisan who shares these values and would like to partner with us? We’d love to hear from you.
Featuring
Now in Residence: Hopworks
We’re excited to welcome Hopworks as our June Artisan in Residence. Founded in Portland in 2007 by Christian and Brandie Ettinger, Hopworks is a family-owned, Certified B Corp brewery built on a simple but powerful idea: world-class beer, exceptional food, and a genuine commitment to sustainability and community. Nearly two decades in, that mission hasn’t wavered.
Like Brooks, Hopworks proves that doing business with integrity and doing it deliciously are not mutually exclusive. This June, come experience two Oregon originals together in the hills of Amity — craft beer and biodynamic wine, united by purpose and a love of place.

Don’t Miss: Creole Me Up
We’re thrilled to welcome Elsy Dinvil of Creole Me Up as our Artisan in Residence, a maker whose story is rooted in exactly the values we hold closest. Elsy grew up in Jérémie, Haiti, learning from her mother in the kitchen, where cooking was both craft and connection. That foundation shapes everything she builds today: clean, allergen-free, plant-based products and recipes drawn from the rich traditions of Haitian cuisine, crafted with deep respect for how food nurtures the body and brings people together.
Like Brooks, Elsy’s work is guided by purpose and authenticity, and a belief that what we put in our bodies matters. This May, we invite you to come experience her work alongside our wines in the hills of Amity. Two stories of place, intention, and flavor, better together.
The Upcoming 2026 lineup includes:
July: Tillamook
Be the change.
At Brooks, we believe that good wine starts with being good to our planet and our people. We work just as hard at growing our grapes and making superior wine as we do at making tomorrow a better place for each and every one of us.
