Ageworthy Elevated Experience
Reach back through the Brooks Library with a flight of six vintages of either our Rastaban Pinot Noir or our Brooks Estate Riesling. With each taste, discover which factors contribute to a wine’s aging potential, how each varietal develops and takes on tertiary characteristics over time, and which styles of wine are fit to age. Finally, explore the recent history of Oregon wine and which vintages you may find displaying best for the upcoming season of celebration.
