Brooks Wine Lab:
A Year of Interactive Wine Discovery
Step out of the ordinary and into a year-long adventure built for the curious, the playful, and anyone who loves a good sip with a side of surprise. Brooks Wine Lab is a hands-on, sense-forward series where each month unlocks a new corner of the wine world—from blind tasting mysteries to blending battles, from farming fundamentals to sparkling celebrations.
These classes aren’t lectures—they’re experiments. Taste, compare, guess, laugh, learn, and discover just how fun (and unexpected) wine can be. Whether you’re a seasoned sipper or brand new to the glass, each session delivers approachable education wrapped in memorable, community-driven experiences.
Love the sound of this but can’t make a date work? Many of our Wine Lab themes — blind tastings, blending sessions, sensory explorations — translate beautifully into a curated group experience. Bring your crew and we’ll tailor it around you. Plan your visit here.

I love that you are now doing a monthly Brooks tasting and education course. To combine the fun and love of wine tasting with education is fantastic. I love being able to enjoy great wine from brooks and be able to also learn about our local AVA’s. And hear from local industry leaders.
Steven B.
Brooks University was a fun event in a relaxed environment that welcomed all questions about the wine industry. I appreciated information about the AVA areas and what that means! I love being able to not only learn something new today, but also be able to taste delicious wines, and have an amazing time!
