Brooks Pizza Making Class

Join our Culinary Manager, Matthew Garland, for our pizza-making class. Enjoy wine while you learn to make pizza dough and cook pizza in our wood-fired oven! 

We will send you home with the dough recipe and a special gift so you can share this experience with friends and family! This class is appropriate for both experienced and new cooks.
