Brooks’ second vintage of Sparkling Muscat is even more delicious than the first, having spent more than twice the length of time on the lees. Classically aromatic with notes of orange blossom, lychee, and pear complemented by riper notes of preserved lemon with a mineral fleur de sel finish.
