Dave McIntyre, Washington Post
A perfectly balanced, medium dry Riesling that comes alive on the palate with fresh notes of chamomile, cucumber, lemon, and star fruit.
Jillian Barnhart
Sommelier
Enjoy this wine with a warm Quince Tarte Tatin with vanilla bean, lemon juice, star anise, and a little brown butter!
Norma Buchholz
Chef
Lemongrass, spring peas and notes of gunpowder. This medium dry Riesling has a beautifully balanced palate, reminiscent of lemon tart. Succulent and quenching!

Winemaking Notes

A wet, but warm spring with a few mild frosts during late April and fewer than average heat spikes.
Near-record precipitation amounts during late June and early July brought increased disease pressure to the region.
The vintage will be remembered for the early rains in September and rapid cool down into October which challenged harvesting decisions. The cool vintage came largely from substantially lower maximum temperatures while minimum temperatures were near average to slightly above average.
A classic Oregon vintage!
