2021 Pinot Blanc
An absolutely stunning summer sipper with bright acidity and layers of tropical, citrus, and stone fruits with a saline sand dollar finish.
Our Director of Wine Club Happiness Heather’s favorite!
While this release is now sold out, you still have to to get our 2022 Pinot Blanc!
Flavor Notes

The Pinot Blanc is my favorite white varietal because it's dry, crisp & has great acidity! It pairs perfectly with the Spring & Summer sunshine, my deck and friends!

This Pinot Blanc is ready to party poolside, it’s sunshine in a glass with fresh notes of pineapple, kaffir lime leaf, and bee pollen with a thirst-quenching saline finish.
Sommelier

Enjoy with a warm vanilla souffle with a compote of stone fruit (peaches, nectarines, apricot) and a silky pineapple ice cream.
Chef

Lemon zest, beeswax and nectarine highlight the nose, giving way to a bright pineapple and invigorating, briny finish.

Winemaking Notes
Rain events at the beginning of bloom diminished yields, and a dry summer was punctuated with unprecedented heatwaves. The timing worked in our favor since the heat happened pre-veraison, and the vines handled it well.
Harvest started in early September, but lower temperatures across the state allowed for a long and measured harvest season, with harvest extending into mid-October.
No disease, high sugars, balanced acids, and great flavors. 2021 will undoubtedly rank as one of the top Oregon vintages.
