
2021 Sparkling Muscat
Brooks’ second vintage of Sparkling Muscat is even more delicious than the first, having spent more than twice the length of time on the lees. Classically aromatic with notes of orange blossom, lychee, and pear complemented by riper notes of preserved lemon with a mineral fleur de sel finish.
100% Orange Muscat from Muska Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA. The wine was aged on the lees for 38 months before being disgorged.

This Sparkling Muscat dazzles with orange blossom and lychee aromas leading to a vibrant palate of preserved citrus and Asian pear. The extended lees aging has developed beautiful complexity while maintaining the grape's inherent floral character, finishing with a delicate mineral touch that perfectly balances its aromatic intensity.

Winemaking Notes
Rain events at the beginning of bloom diminished yields, and a dry summer was punctuated with unprecedented heat waves. The timing worked in our favor since the heat happened pre-veraison, and the vines handled it well.
Harvest started in early September, but lower temperatures across the state allowed for a long and measured harvest season, with harvest extending into mid-October.
No disease, high sugars, balanced acids, and great flavors. 2021 will undoubtedly rank as one of the top Oregon vintages.
