In a bowl combine the cilantro, ginger, grated garlic, lime juice, soy sauce and serrano. Mix well.
Season the tuna with salt and pepper.
Heat a sauté pan with olive oil. Gently sear both sides of the tuna until golden brown, about 1 minute per side. remove from the heat and let rest.
In a small pan heat the butter and the minced garlic. Add the snow peas and cook for 30 seconds, or until warm.
Place the snow peas and sliced avocado on a plate with the tuna on top. Drizzle the dressing over the top of the fish. Enjoy!
