Ingredients
- 6 fresh strawberries (muddled)
- 3 oz St-Germain
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 8 oz 2024 Brooks Pinot Noir Rosé
- 8 dash rhubarb bitters
- club soda (splash)
- ice
- fresh strawberry, lemon twist, and a sprig of mint (for garnish)
Directions
In a shaker, muddle the strawberries, then add the St-Germain, lemon juice, and ice.
Shake lightly and strain equally into two large wine glasses filled with ice.
Add 4 ounces of the chilled Brooks Pinot Noir Rosé to each glass.
Add four dashes of the rhubarb bitters to each glass.
Top the cocktails with a splash of club soda.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with a fresh strawberry sliced on the rim, a sprig of mint, and a lemon twist.
