Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients:
 100 oz semi sweet chocolate, cut into small pieces
  cup heavy cream
 1 tsp unsalted butter
Suggested Toppings:
 chocolate sprinkles
 crushed nuts (peanut, walnut, hazelnut etc.)
 cocoa powder
 glitter sprinkles
Mixing and Baking:

Put chopped chocolate in a bowl with the butter.

In a small saucepan heat the cream until a lite simmer.

Pour the cream on the chocolate and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Stir until well combined, place in a small pan, let cool at least 4 minutes.

Assembly for Truffles

Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop the individual batters onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

Using your hands, gently roll the batter into uniformed shaped balls, place back on baking sheet.

Using the different toppings of your choice, carefully role each truffle into your desired toppings, refrigerate or enjoy immediately!
