Paprika and chili crispy pork belly

Cranberry-brie crescent tartlet

 1 lb pork belly, skin scored
 1 tbsp paprika
 2 tbsp sugar
 1 tbsp garlic powder
 3 tbsp salt
 1 tbsp pepper
 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Mix all the spices together in a bowl.

Rub the spice mixture all over the pork.

Wrap the pork in parchment paper and then in foil.

Place in a hotel pan and cook at 300 for 5 hours.

Let cool completely in the foil.

Cut into desired pieces and fry the pork skin side down to crisp the skin.

Serve immediately.
